The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, hands-on care to patients under the direction and supervision of a Unity Registered Nurse (RN). All care is based on the RN’s comprehensive patient assessment and is delivered according to the patient’s individualized Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Plan of Care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
**This role covers Green Bay East Territory but may travel outside the territory at times.**
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
