We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Success Partner to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying busy, and being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Support our Customer Service and Order Processing teams with daily administrative tasks
• Enter and process orders using our ERP system
• Provide customers with order updates and tracking information
• Pull, organize, and ship product samples
• Maintain and organize the sample room
• Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and other office support tasks
• Learn our products, materials, finishes, and color offerings
• Help create a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish

Requirements

Preferred Experience:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and multi-line phone systems
• Team player with a strong work ethic and “all hands-on deck” mindset
• High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred Experience:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
• Experience in manufacturing or order processing environments
• Familiarity with ERP software such as Global Shop Solutions
• Knowledge of cabinetry, laminates, melamine, or building materials is a plus

• Monday through Friday
• Day shift
• Overtime opportunities as needed
