Qualifications
You have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, proficient computer and data entry abilities, and a basic understanding of anatomy and medical terminology is preferred. You are also expected to have strong customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage physician orders and communicate with clinical sites and patients.

Advanced Radiology is one of the largest independent radiology practices in the tri-state area with the most experienced radiologists. We are looking for a Radiology Order Representative to join our team. The pay range for this role will depend on experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm with 1 full weekend every 4 weeks with 2 flex days.
Position Summary:
Radiology Order Representatives manage incoming physician orders through a variety of intake points. Meticulous attention to detail, proper auditing of order and obtaining corrections are primary responsibilities.

Physical demands/Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a call center environment. Work is primarily stationary, requires sitting or standing for long periods of times; Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination sufficient to operate a keyboard and other office equipment is required.
