Location: Manchester, NH 03101

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week 

** $5000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR ALL CLINICAL POSITIONS.  **

Job Description: 

Our school based case manager provides mental health services to children and adolescents as a part of a community-based treatment team located within 1-2 schools. The position provides an opportunity for rewarding work with families in need of mental health support, consultation with dedicated colleagues, and many growth opportunities 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

· Case management, including an assessment of the needs of the child/adolescent and family

· Collaborating with school staff and supporting the needs of students within a school atmosphere

· Active collaboration with community providers and services

· Using therapeutic skills

· Consultation with medication providers, clinical staff

· Developing treatment plans utilizing an electronic medical record

· Supporting Summer Camps during the summer months 

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or education/counseling from an accredited college or university.

· Time management and organizational skills are a must.

· Excellent communication ability with co-workers, staff, clients, and community partners. 

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy.
