Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and curious college student (rising sophomore) to join our team for a dynamic summer internship. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital transformation initiatives, marketing strategy, and analytics. The intern will support cross-functional projects and gain practical experience in financial and market analysis, as well as project coordination.

 
Key Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation initiatives, including research on tools, platforms, and customer experience improvements
• Assistwith marketing efforts such as campaign analysis, content coordination,development of customer avatarsand performance tracking
• Conduct financial analysis, including basic modeling,budgetingsupport, and data interpretation
• Perform market research and competitive analysis toidentifytrends and opportunities
• Help gather, clean, and analyze data to support business intelligence reporting
• Assistwith preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications
• Provide project coordination support, including tracking timelines, documenting progress, and organizing meetings
• Collaborate with team members across strategy,marketing,complianceandoperations

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university program (completedfreshmanyear)
• Interest in business, finance, marketing, economics, data analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• BasicproficiencyinMicrosoft Office Suites; familiarity with PowerPointand Excelpreferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and ability to manage multiple tasks

Preferred (Not Required)

• Exposure to data analysis, finance, or marketing coursework
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel formulas, data visualization platforms, or CRM systems
• Interest in financial services, fintech, or digital innovation
