We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist – Plumbing who can own the purchasing process, build strong vendor relationships, stay ahead of inventory demands, and help keep our operations running at a championship level.

This is not a “sit back and coast” role. We need someone proactive, organized, hungry to improve systems, and committed to supporting the team the AllTech way.

What You’ll Do

• Procure plumbing materials, equipment, fixtures, fittings, water heaters, and critical supplies with urgency and accuracy.

• Build and manage strong supplier and manufacturer relationships while negotiating pricing, delivery timelines, and terms.

• Monitor inventory levels and forecast material needs to keep our warehouse and field teams fully equipped.

• Manage purchase orders from creation to delivery while resolving delays, shortages, and discrepancies quickly.

• Drive accountability with vendors to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance standards are met.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality or operational efficiency.

• Improve procurement systems, workflows, and processes to help the company scale smarter and faster.

• Work closely with operations, warehouse, install, and service teams to solve problems and support daily execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience — preferably in plumbing, HVAC, or construction.

• Strong understanding of plumbing materials, vendors, and industry supply chains.

• Someone who communicates clearly, moves with urgency, and follows through.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities without letting details slip.

• Experience with ERP systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• A team player who takes ownership, solves problems, and raises the standard around them.
