• Deliver professional nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher required; BSN or MSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Specialty certifications may be required depending on clinical area, such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, or oncology-related credentials.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient assessment skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and professional nursing standards.
