The Intern Experience

• Engineering Mentorship: Work side-by-side with senior developers who prioritize clean code and architectural integrity. You’ll get a front-row seat to how we build and maintain complex systems.
• Strategic Exposure: Gain a high-level view of the travel industry through weekly leadership sessions, connecting your daily tasks to our global business goals.
• Cohort Community: Beyond the code, you’ll join a collaborative group of interns in Scottsdale for team-building and professional networking.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Next-Gen Development: Experiment with AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate your workflow, from initial drafting to complex refactoring.
• Full-Stack Contribution: Build and ship features across our ecosystem, working with everything from React front-ends to Java or C# back-end microservices.
• System Reliability: Help manage robust database structures and use Python for data manipulation and retrieval.
• Process Optimization: Research and implement automation strategies to improve our testing frameworks and deployment pipelines.

Who You Are

• The Academic: You are a student pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (ideally a rising Junior or Senior in Fall 2026).
• The Tech Enthusiast: You have a solid foundation in Java, C#, or JavaScript and feel at home in a terminal.
• The AI Pioneer: You don't just use AI; you explore its limits. You are excited to integrate Generative AI tools to drive operational excellence.
• The Problem Solver: You tackle complex software defects with persistence and logic. You’re proactive, stay curious, and love to figure out how things work.
