Hourly Pay Range:
$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:

Location: Glenbrook Hospital with the ability to float to Evanston, Highland Park and Skokie Hospitals
Full time
Hours: Availability from 8a to 8:30p ( 4 9-hr shifts/wk) with call requirements (wkends/holidays)
What you will do:
Independently provides safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations on a specific unit. Utilizes the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. Includes patient and family in the plan of care as appropriate. Maintains regulatory compliance in individual practice. Assumes the responsibility, accountability, and authority for outcomes of nursing care and to make decisions based on their therapeutic relationship with the patient. Guides and directs assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care. Communicates and collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
What you will need:
Education:
Graduate of a state approved school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
License/Certification:
IL RN License
CPR BLS issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS issued by the American Heart Association
PALS issued by the American Heart Association
Experience:
6 mths RN experience in comparable role - Preferred
