Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Overnight Shift

Our overnight nurses are a critical part of the recovery journey. You’ll work alongside a collaborative clinical and medical team in a structured environment where relationship-building, critical thinking, and compassionate care truly matter.

Position Details

  • Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Shift: Overnight
  • Pay Range: $35–$36
  • Overnight Differential: Additional $3/hour
  • Schedule: Two-week rotating schedule
  • Quarterly Bonus Potential: Up to 10%
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 paid at 90 days and 6 months

What You’ll Do

  • Complete nursing intake assessments and assist with detox treatment planning
  • Conduct daily nursing assessments and monitor client health status
  • Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines
  • Process labs and communicate critical information to providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA/regulatory compliance
  • Respond to medical concerns calmly and professionally
  • Support clients through withdrawal management and stabilization
  • Collaborate closely with providers, RNs, therapists, and the clinical team
  • Communicate with families and outside providers when appropriate
  • Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse reporting
  • Maintain medical supplies and assist with nursing operations
  • Participate in trainings, meetings, and ongoing development opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Illinois LPN license
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced situations
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Behavioral health, detox, or mental health experience is a plus — but not required
