Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Schedules tester time through the use of test floor tracking system
Establishes priorities for specific customer orders/requirements
Revises schedule according to work order specifications, availability of workers and equipment
Reschedules identical processes to eliminate duplicate machine setups
Distributes work orders to departments, denoting number, type and proposed completion date of units to be tested
Coordinates with Test Floor Supervisors or Leads to determine progress of work and to provide updates on changes accordingly
Maintains daily communication with customers to understand customer requirements and future needs
Works with various departments to execute customer requests
Works with Accounting department to solve outstanding trip tickets
Maintains smocks and shoe covers in Smock Room
Creates daily lunch list for customers and coordinate with approved vendors for customer lunch distribution
Updates customer locker list and maintain customer locker area
QualificationsQualifications
Experience in the semiconductor industry with understanding of IC assembly and test process is preferred
Demonstrated planning, organizing, and statistical skills
Understanding of demand process, decisions and schedule, knowledge of forecast plan
Education and/or Experience
Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree
1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software, as well as Microsoft Outlook.
