The Job: Scheduling Coordinator

We are currently recruiting an entry-level Scheduling Coordinator to support a healthcare organization focused on delivering a positive client experience. In this position, you will help coordinate appointments, communicate with clients, and support day-to-day scheduling operations while serving as a key point of contact for customers. What You Will Be Doing as a Scheduling Coordinator:

  • Coordinate appointments, schedules, and client communication

  • Maintain accurate records and update scheduling information within internal systems
  • Support documentation, billing coordination, and administrative processes
  • Follow up with clients to ensure scheduling needs and requests are addressed

  • Help maintain an organized and efficient scheduling process throughout daily operations
