Full-Time Dental Receptionist
Locations: Idaho Falls Dental Clinic

Clinic Hours: Mon-Wed, & Fri 7:00 am - 5:00 pm | Thurs 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Grand Peaks Dental Clinic is looking for a dependable Bilingual (English/Spanish) Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our team. This position works in our Idaho Falls location with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off. Wage is DOE.

As the first point of contact for our patients, the Dental Receptionist plays an important role in creating a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment. Our front desk staff helps set the tone for each patient’s experience by making patients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

This role provides the opportunity to work in a professional, team-oriented environment while supporting patients and helping the clinic run smoothly. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, personable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
  • Verify patient information and assist with check-in/check-out
  • Handle basic insurance and billing questions
  • Keep the front desk organized and communicate effectively with staff

Requirements

  • Previous dental or medical office experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
