Job Summary:
This role is a great opportunity to learn how a fashion collection moves from development through market and beyond. You will support the team in managing samples day to day, helping keep everything organized, accurate, and running smoothly across departments. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
MARKET SUPPORT
  • Help prepare samples for market by tagging styles and organizing SKUs
  • Upload and maintain product information in Launchmetrics
  • Assist with printing and updating tags as details change
  • Support packing for market, including creating packing lists and organizing shipments
  • Work with different teams to help ensure a smooth market week
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
  • Keep the sample closet organized by season and category
  • Track samples as they come in and out of the office
  • Help reorganize sample sets after market
  • Assist with archiving older samples
  • Support sample sales and in office giveaways
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
  • Help receive and check in returned samples
  • Assist with packing and shipping outgoing samples
  • Pull samples for meetings, shoots, and team requests
  • Support tracking and updating inventory to reflect availability
  • Help coordinate sample handoffs between teams
Requirements: (skills, qualifications, education, etc)
  • Highly detail oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities
  • Willing to be hands-on and help with both desk work and physical tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a team first mindset
  • Basic Excel skills are a plus
  • Interest in fashion, merchandising, or operations
