Qualifications

• Experience in memory care, senior living, or assisted living settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for seniors.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and assisting residents.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
