What you will do

What you will do

The Supply Chain Co-op is responsible for gaining hands-on experience in supply chain operations, working closely with supervisors to complete assigned tasks, and integrating academic study with practical on-the-job training:
 

Key Responsibilities

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency

·       Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings

·       Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to meet business objectives

·       Participate in inventory management and demand forecasting activities

·       Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function

·       Support supply chain operations

·       Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies

·       Support the coordination of logistics and transportation activities

·       Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities

·       Present project work and key accomplishments to leadership and Kenvue employees
 

Required Qualifications 

• Candidate must be actively enrolled during co-op timing, pursuing a Bachelors degree, and be at least a sophomore 

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status) 

• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.) 

• A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred 

• Possess a strong interest in supply chain management 

• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment 

• Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the co-op position.   

• Hybrid role based in Buffalo Grove, IL. Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work 

Desired Qualifications 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with V-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc.) 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members; proven leadership ability 

• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 

• Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency  

• Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist 

• Willingness to investigate, solve, and leverage data to develop recommendations.   

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.  

• Familiarity with supply chain software and tools is a plus 

What’s in it for you

Hourly pay rate for new hires in this position ranges:

$20.00 - $45.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
