Your Roadmap of Responsibilities:

• Customer Welcome Wagon: Greet clients with enthusiasm and provide outstanding service from arrival to departure.
• Service Navigator: Assist customers in understanding their RV & motorhome servicing needs.
• Problem-Solving Mechanic: Transform customer concerns into actionable work orders for our skilled technicians.
• Communication Roadmap: Keep customers informed throughout the service process, ensuring they feel valued every mile of the way.
• Knowledge Fuel: Participate in training on new products and services to stay ahead of the curve.
• Relationship Builder: Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and builds lasting connections.
• Quality Control Driver: Ensure all RV & Motorhome work meets our high standards for safety and performance.
• Customer Satisfaction Advocate: Address complaints promptly to maintain a stellar Customer Service Index (CSI).
• Oversee and manage all warranty claims, including accurate processing, documentation, and timely submission to ensure compliance and reimbursement.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or higher required.
• Math Skills: Basic math for billing and payments—keeping the numbers in check!
