This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys bringing all the moving pieces of a real estate transaction together to create a smooth and positive closing experience.

As a Real Estate Closer, you will work closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, REALTORS®, and internal team members to coordinate and prepare closing transactions from start to finish. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail are critical to success in this role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude with a “can-do” mindset
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also managing responsibilities independently
• Willing to handle commercial and high liability closings
• Previous title, banking, real estate, lending, or closing experience is a plus, but not required
