The Financial Analyst provides financial analysis on existing and proposed programs, prepares ROI calculations for capital projects, assists with the annual operating budget, prepares government cost reports, and completes other assigned projects. This role is part of the Finance Department career ladder, offering expanded responsibilities and salary growth as skills develop.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

  • One (1) or more years of accounting and/or finance experience; healthcare experience preferred

  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft products preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accuracy

  • Ability to prepare financial analyses and ROI summaries

  • Ability to support budget preparation and cost reporting
