Are you a motivated, team-oriented & reliable Front office coordinator looking for a place to grow, feel valued, and make an impact each day? We’re seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our practice and contribute to an exceptional patient experience!


 Schedule: 

Monday: 11AM-7PM

Tuesday: 9AM-7PM

Wednesday: 9AM-5PM

Thursday: 9AM-5PM

Friday: 9AM-5PM

Saturday: 8AM-1PM

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you will help support smooth, efficient, and comfortable patient care by:

  • Greet and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency

  • Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments

  • Verify dental insurance eligibility and accurately input patient and insurance information

  • Collect co-pays, process payments, and balance daily transactions

  • Assist with treatment plan presentation and financial arrangements when needed

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services offered and insurance plans accepted

  • Confirm patient appointments and manage the daily schedule to reduce no-shows

  • Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Squire Dental policies

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience

  • Maintain an organized front office environment

  • Other duties as it relates to the position 


Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in dental software systems (Denticon)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Frequent use of a computer, phone, and standard office equipment

  • Ability to sit, stand, and assist patients for extended periods

  • Occasional lifting of office supplies or records
