What You’ll Do 

  • Be the First Impression: Answer calls with energy, warmth, and professionalism. 
  • De-escalate with Care: Listen empathetically, stay calm, and find solutions for upset customers. 
  • Keep Things Organized: Schedule service appointments, set expectations surrounding our customer experience, and customer care follow up. 
  • Support the Team: Assist sales and service departments with calls and administrative tasks.
