Job Description

We are seeking a Legal Analyst to support case teams in developing clear, persuasive, and visually compelling case narratives. This role is ideal for a highly skilled writer and critical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments and is interested in the mechanics of complex litigation.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work directly with directors and litigation strategists to draft, refine, and edit case presentations and strategic materials
  • Review, fact-check, and synthesize evidentiary materials into clear, accurate summaries
  • Perform targeted subject matter research to support case development
  • Conduct rigorous quality control and proofreading of scripts, decks, and written work product
  • Help translate complex legal and factual concepts into concise, accessible narratives

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong academic performance at a top-tier college or university
  • Preferred majors: English, Journalism, Literature, Writing, or related fields
  • Exceptional writing ability with a focus on clarity, precision, and narrative structure
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex information into straightforward language
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong proofreading and quality control capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, collaborative environment
  • Interest in pursuing a legal career is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $65,000 annual base salary, with additional discretionary performance-based bonus eligibility
