Job Description

Wage - $45,760 annually

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Overnight Friday-Tue 11:30p-8:30am Wed and Thursday off

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for  the management of assigned residential living dorms, which include a safe and homelike atmosphere, dormitory and maintenance, social skills, dorm culture, and student leadership.

Essential functions: 

  • Monitor and control dormitory conditions; evaluate situations and conditions within the dormitories and make decisions or recommendations to management.
  • Perform administrative duties involving student passes, leaves, evaluations, progress reports, negative incident reports, emergencies, and terminations.
  • Provide proper guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and achievement in the program.
  • Direct dorm activities as designated.

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience working with youth. Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
