Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchase transactions and purchase decisions by providing excellent customer service.
• Prepare cash registers with cash drawers and proper change. Complete monetary transactions and product returns. Complete daily register balance sheet by counting drawer, depositing money in safe at the end of shift.
• Assist in all Retail Store events.
• Fill decorator tins / boxes, as needed, following food safety practices. Restock all items available in Retail Store as needed, including: products, tins, novelty items, drinks, and supplies etc.
• Physically stage skids and short coded product daily as product comes in. Rotate product in Retail Store by using the product manufacturing codes. Affix labels/stickers on product according to promotion schedules.
• Responsible for the overall appearance of the Retail Store by sweeping, dusting and removing trash. Break down all cardboard and place in proper location.
• Properly merchandise store product through the day. Rotate and fill samples that are provided to customers daily.
• Weigh and pack all bulk products in cans, caddies, or barrels as needed to maintain acceptable inventory levels. Assist with counting monthly inventory of store product.
• Open and close Retail Store on a daily basis. Ensure that at the end of business essential items (lights, registers) are off and appropriate doors are locked.
• Stage company donations for pick up. Create work orders for orders that are larger and need pulled prior.
• Assist customers to their vehicles, as needed, or with large orders.
• Responsible for quality and food safety tasks for their position.
• Assist with other tasks as requested by Management.
• Must be flexible to work 40 hours per week during Outlet Store hours Mon-Sun 9 AM – 6 PM. 
• 1 weekend day is required.

Requirements:

• Requires interpersonal and customer service skills when working in Outlet Store with customers and other associates.
• Cash handling and register skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in completing customer mail orders.
• Ability to follow directions in order to accomplish multiple job tasks.
• Requires the candidate to be 16 years or older.
• Daily lifting and the ability to move up to 10 pounds and infrequently up to 25 pounds is required. 
• Must be available to work 1 Weekend Day in addition to during the week hours.
