Atlantic Plywood is looking for a full-time Tint Technician to join our team! 

Atlantic Plywood is looking for a new associate owner to join our growing team of paint and stain color matching professionals in our industry. We have the best trained and equipped paint tinting operations in the northeast and utilize the latest computer color matching and dispensing technology available, servicing the wood working, millwork, and cabinet-making market. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide custom color matches and accurate repeat tints to customers
• Provide customer service to sales staff and end-users
• Take inventory and maintain stock of paint/tools/etc.
• Assisting with shipping and receiving
• Service walk-in/will call customers throughout the day
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Perform special duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Authorization to work in the US
• High school diploma / GED
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. Certified sit-down forklifts are required.
• Basic computer skills 
• Good understanding of safety procedures and use of personal protection equipment (PPE)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good eye for detail
• Must have a pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check upon hire 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with color; in a retail paint store, auto body, cabinet shop, furniture finishing department, refinish shop, or technical school

• Proven working experience with forklifts (previous certification is a plus)
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

• Self-motivated, high-energy team player
• Good communication skills
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience
