Job Description

  • Collects trash and recycles material from trash rooms, transports material and disposes into dumpsters, pulls dumpster out to designated pick-up sites.
  • Maintains tiled floor by dust mopping, damp or wet mopping, scrubbing, spray buffing, top coating, stripping and refinishing.
  • Maintains carpet appearance by vacuuming, spotting and shampooing by dry chemical, bonnet or extraction method.
  • Maintains ceiling & wall light fixtures, replaces burned out bulbs and cleans globes & fixtures in public areas, offices, & resident rooms/suites/apartments/villas as needed.
  • Maintains building entrances and covered walkways as directed; empties trash and ash urns, dusts window sills and ledges, cleans glass entrance doors and tracks.

    Schedule & Compensation

    • Full time, 80 hours bi-weekly position
    • Hours: Monday -Friday 1:30PM-10PM
    • Pay: $15.50/hour

    Qualifications

    • Minimum six (6) months house technician experience required.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
