Kickstart Your Career in HR and Training!
We’re looking for a motivated intern to help implement our Quality Management System (QMS) training into our Learning Management System (LMS). This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in training administration, compliance, and HR operations while supporting real-world projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Translate QMS training requirements into LMS learning paths and role-based assignments.
• Upload and manage courses, track completions, and ensure training is assigned correctly.
• Collaborate with HR, L&D, and Operations teams to maintain accurate training data.
• Audit and validate LMS content, helping identify gaps or inconsistencies.
• Generate reports and assist in process documentation.
• Support training coordination, materials preparation, and onboarding tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• Interest in training, adult learning, or HR.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs; stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry materials as needed. Flexible hours may be required to support training across shifts.
