JOB DUTIES

• Will learn the background science behind basic molecular and neuroscience techniques and to carry them out in the laboratory until they are able to not only go through the motions, but to modify and troubleshoot. These techniques could include PCR, immunohistochemistry, electroencephalography, and Western Analysis. They then learn data analysis and presentation. 
• Participates in basic to complex assignments and projects as identified by the UT Southwestern staff.
• Interacts with multiples levels of the organization to understand current operations as well as support ongoing improvements.
• May participate in various tasks including, but not limited to: strategic/business planning, capital planning, performance analytics, operations, budgets, and reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
