Your Role
This role demands reliability, professionalism, and strong situational awareness to uphold the integrity of the security team at this critical location.
As a Dispatcher, you will:
- Respond to all phone calls from security guards and clients.
- Dispatchers will be responding to text messages from security guards and clients.
- Guards will be monitoring security cameras.
- Respond promptly to all of the above while working as a team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Write detailed incident reports and stay familiar with our reporting systems.
What We're Looking For
To qualify as a Dispatcher, candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Type a minimum of 40wpm.
- Pass a background check.
- Have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to remain calm under pressure..
- Great observation and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work both independently or as part of a team, with a high degree of reliability and integrity.
