What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help ensure our community stays safe, clean, and well-maintained:

• Complete daily maintenance tasks, including general repairs and light groundskeeping
• Respond promptly to service requests in occupied apartments
• Prepare vacant units for new residents (make-readies/turns)
• Maintain buildings, amenities, and common areas
• Collaborate with leasing and maintenance team members
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to residents

Pay & Benefits

• $21.50+ per hour, depending on experience

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance or related experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Preferred (Training Available):

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, or general repairs
• Groundskeeping or landscaping experience
