What Operations Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Operations function

Responsibilities

  •  Direct and motivate employees to ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, EPA and other regulations. 
  •  Maintain annual financial responsibility for various departments.
  • Supervise areas of Manufacturing, Raw Materials Whse. & learn/support as back up to BNS operation. 
  • Maintain Productivity Analysis for all areas of responsibility.
  •  Provides training and continual coaching on process improvements for all areas. 
  • Special Projects and other task as assigned. 
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. 
  •  Responsible for abiding by all company and regulatory environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Support various employee activities throughout the year.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years related experience, preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Anticipated salary range: $58,700 - $75,420
