Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a 3rdShift CPP Drill Operator at our Ridgeway, SC facility. 

Schedule: 9:00pm -5:30am Sunday -Thursday(Mandatory overtime, including extended shifts and weekend work required 

Compensation: $18.25 per hour (plus $1.25 per hour shift differential) 

THE ROLE 

The CPP Operator is responsible for operating the Rosenthal machine, which converts prepreg rolls into sheets. The position is also responsible for the timely transfer of fabricated prepreg sheets in preparation for the tooling process. 

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Set-Up Pre-Preg Rolls onto the machine using a hoist 

• Operate Rosenthal Machine  

• Inspect prepreg sheets for quality 

• Relocate unused prepreg roll back to staging area for restocking 

• Complete Production and Scrap Report form 

• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous machine operating experience- preferred 

• Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and SAP- preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. 

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential. 

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS 

• In this role you maybe be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
