Job Description

Office Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Greet parents and children
Distribute and manage intake process for new clients
Schedule appointments / update the daily schedule
Answer the phone and manage front office
Provide assistance for cleaning and disinfection of all workspaces
Track RBT hours w/ BCBA
Maintain and track CEUs for staff
Verify client insurance
Manage authorizations
Onboard and orient new staff in collaboration with clinical director
Maintain appropriate social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices both on and off the job.(We provide PPE, caregiver communication tools and practices, and limit exposure through small work groups.)
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Ability to use computer programs efficiently (Excel, Word Google Docs / Sheets / Slides)
Use software for scheduling and program management
Strong work ethic with an attention to detail and effective communication
Knowledge of general health insurance billing preferred but not required
Understanding of HIPAA and adherence to all policies
Ability to pass background clearance and reference checks
Works with integrity and ethically
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 25 lbs on occasion.
Familiarity with the field of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ABA, and/or pediatric therapy (preferred)
