Job Description

Our company is built on integrity, creating the world’s best restaurants, nightlife, and events.   ROLE SUMMARY: Opening this Fall, Delilah Dallas is seeking skilled and service-oriented Barbacks to help deliver an elevated and personalized guest experience. In this role, you’ll support the bar team by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, prepping garnishes, and clearing and washing all glassware. We’re looking for individuals who are proactive, receptive to direction, and focused on creating a hospitality-driven environment. A positive attitude, willingness to contribute to team success, and open availability are strongly preferred.   We will begin interviewing during the final week of July.   RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks.
  • Ensure that all supplies are stocked and readily available.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters and tables, cleaning glassware and utensils.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • A Valid TX Certified Food Handlers card is required.
  • Must be 21+ years of age.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Previous relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant is preferred.
  • Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs.
  • Must have excellent time management skills.
  • Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
  • Must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team.
  • Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service.
