We are looking for a talented Office Assistant who will be able to apply coursework concepts to real-world situations working alongside professional, experienced colleagues while also gaining valuable experience working for a Global Manufacturing and Engineering Company.    Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with office personnel and executives to observe, digitize and consolidate records.
• Scan and digitally copy confidential records, drawings, photographs, etc.
• Use a Windows based computer system to access information, store, and retrieve files from the network, etc.
• Assists with a variety of special projects as needed.
• Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment.
• All other related duties as assigned.
• Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job.
• Adhere and perform all duties aligned with the core values of the LINK Group organization, Can-Do Attitude, Courage, Commitment, Humility and Accountability.

Qualifications:

• Officially enrolled in High School.

• Ability to practice active listening and to hear people out.
• Ability to practice active listening to learn new skills within the industry, company, product or technical knowledge.

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
