In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and help them better understand the options available to them.

Your Day-to-Day

• Connect with veterans and their families who have expressed interest in learning about benefit options

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom

• Explain available programs in a clear, respectful, and supportive manner

• Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up assistance

• Maintain accurate records using secure digital systems

• Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls
