Job Description

Step into your future as a Class A truck driver with a hands-on training program that pays you while you learn. Work alongside an experienced mentor and build the skills needed to confidently run solo routes.

Training Experience

  • 4–6 weeks of on-the-road training with a professional mentor

  • All training weeks are fully paid

  • $300 orientation bonus applied to your first solo paycheck


Earnings After Training

  • $0.56 per mile on all miles

  • Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,400 depending on mileage

  • Typical weekly mileage: 1,600–2,200 miles


Freight & Schedule

  • 100% no-touch freight, with roughly 50% drop & hook

  • Consistent weekly miles between 1,600 and 2,200

  • Home every 14 days with two full days off after completing training

Driver Requirements
