Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Location: 791 Summit Ave, Oconomowoc, WI 53066 & 725 American Ave, Waukesha, WI 53188

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting or professional work environment
1+ years of scheduling experience
Beginner level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Ability to work the following biweekly schedule within the overnight 11:00pm - 7:00am
Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Ability to travel between 791 Summit Ave, Oconomowoc, WI 53066 & 725 American Ave, Waukesha, WI 53188 (1-2 times per week)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a medical office or hospital admitting/registration office
Experience with electronic medical records system
Scheduling experience
Knowledge of medical terminology
Soft Skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced environments

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
