Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance
● Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the office
● Partner with vendors to complete service requests and ongoing projects
● Conduct regular inspections and address issues proactively
● Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations
Safety & Compliance
● Support a safe work environment by following and promoting safety protocols
● Identify potential risks and take corrective action when needed
Projects & Improvements
● Assist with office improvement projects, including renovations or reconfigurations
● Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on track
Vendor Management
● Help manage vendor relationships and service performance
● Support contract coordination and service follow-ups
General Support
● Respond to day-to-day facilities requests from employees
● Assist with office setup, moves, and workspace adjustments
● Support sustainability and cost-saving initiatives when possible
Qualifications:
● High school diploma required; college degree preferred
● 1+ year of facilities, operations, or related experience
● Comfortable using Microsoft Office
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills
● Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Team player with a positive, service-focused attitude
