Sheeter Operator

Shift: 3rd shift (10pm-6am)

Sheboygan Paper Box Company is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sheeter Operator to join our production team on 3rd shift. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring sheeting equipment used in our manufacturing process while maintaining high quality and production standards.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality work.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor sheeting machinery during production runs
• Set up materials and ensure jobs are running according to specifications
• Perform quality checks throughout production
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with machine maintenance/upkeep
• Maintain accurate production paperwork and job information
• Work closely with material handlers, supervisors, and other departments
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Safely operate forklift/clamp truck equipment (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing experience required, machine operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with machine maintenance/upkeep
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
