Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking (washing, chopping, portioning, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock supplies and assist cooks as needed
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Keep prep stations clean and organized throughout the shift
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
