Job Description

Full time availability only.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Overtime may be required if needed.
Anything over 40 hours is overtime.    

Job Summary: Assemble and package pressed vinyl records on the production line and ensuring that all parts and components are assembled correctly and in a timely manner. Accurate and precise completion of packaging including following order packing slips and maintaining and checking quality control frequently throughout the process.  Must adhere to safety, efficiency, and quality standards. Works with a dynamic team with room for growth in other areas of production.

Supervisory Responsibilities: none

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Follow packaging protocols for vinyl record assembly
  • Use implemented systems to prepare records for boxing and label accordingly
  • Work effectively on a team
  • Keep work areas clean
  • Take out recycling and empty garbage as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Have reliable transportation
  • Able to follow directions
  • Must be able to work alone and with a team
  • Must adhere to safety, efficiency, and quality standards
  • High attention to detail
  • Prior Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Education and Experience:

Equivalent job history, and 1 year of experience in a high paced work environment. Prior Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Extended periods of standing. Periods of walking and carrying items. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

This is a manufacturing position and is NOT retail.

Starting pay is $16.00/hr plus the benefits listed below.
