What You’ll Do

As a Customer Care Representative I, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to resolution.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accuracy and professionalism
  • Support aftermarket sales by assisting with quotes, order processing, and fulfillment
  • Provide timely updates on order status and proactively communicate delays
  • Resolve basic customer issues and escalate more complex concerns as needed
  • Partner with technical teams to process Return Material Authorizations (RMA)
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
  • Stay current on products, services, and company processes

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • A positive, professional, and patient approach to customer interactions

Preferred:

  • Customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems such as Salesforce, Epicor, Great Plains, or Business Central
