Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for motivated, energetic people with winning attitudes to join our family of experienced HVAC experts. No experience is needed to become a part of an essential service that will always be in demand! We care about you and your success. That’s why we will cover the full cost of training and pay you while you work! 

Cardinal University is a 26-week course including both classroom and field learning to ensure you are able to confidently apply the concepts you have learned to real-life situations. In addition to the goal of growing from an apprentice to a journeyman, we offer plenty of other pathways to advance within your career and our company!

Currently we are accepting applications for Cardinal University - HVAC Service (Class starts July 2026)

The interview process will consist of multiple rounds including solo and panel/group interviews. 
Cardinal will select the top candidates to move forward into the University program.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• None! If you're driven by success and have the right attitude, you came to the right place
• Must be comfortable with tight confined spaces and heights
• Have the ability to work in extreme temperatures including heatwaves, rain and freezing cold weather
• Comfortable getting dirty!
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis 
• Enjoys hands-on projects
• Works collaboratively with others
• Emphasizes superior customer service
• Possesses a valid driver's license and clean driving record
