Mercy Flights is seeking compassionate, organized, and service-driven professionals to join our Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) team as an MIH Assistant Health Care Worker.

Summary: This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping patients, coordinating care, supporting healthcare teams, and making a meaningful impact in the community. You’ll assist with patient outreach, scheduling, care coordination, documentation, and communication while supporting innovative healthcare programs focused on improving patient outcomes beyond emergency response.

Qualifications Summary

  • Minimum one year of experience in an office, healthcare, customer service, dispatch, or care coordination environment required. 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Experience working with computer systems, documentation, scheduling, and data entry
  • Ability to provide professional, compassionate customer service
  • Community Health Worker certification will be required within one year of hire
