We are currently seeking a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician, to join the High Associates team for Village Green, located in Elizabethtown, PA. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for the completion of technical building maintenance and emergency repairs as required by service requests submitted by all appropriate tenants and/or owners. They will also perform preventative maintenance assignments as scheduled.
This is a Full-Time opportunity with the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with participation in a rotating on-call schedule *Receive additional pay when on call*
Responsibilities of our Maintenance Techs:
Follows all safety, truck operations or other rules and regulations relative to the safety and well-being of the property, co-workers and residents always.
Participation in on-call rotation, responding to calls from three of our properties: Village Green, Barrcrest, and Stonecreek Court.
Any additional responsibilities are deemed necessary to meet the owner’s goals and objectives.
