Maintenance Technician – Rowley Properties | Issaquah, WA

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping things running and enjoys the satisfaction of a job well done.

What You'll Be Taking Care Of

Across our nearly 80 acres of RV storage, self-storage, commercial office, light industrial, and residential properties, you'll be the person who keeps everything in good shape. You'll work alongside our Facilities Team and property managers to handle a wide variety of hands-on tasks — from routine repairs to the occasional unexpected fix.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs across multiple property types
• Using hand and power tools to complete work safely and efficiently
• Assisting with moving furniture and materials as needed
• Coordinating with property managers to prioritize and complete work orders
• Participating in an occasional on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

What You Bring

• Basic maintenance skills (we're willing to train the right person)
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (we provide the company vehicle)
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (some schedule flexibility may apply)
• A reliable, self-motivated work ethic
