Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Schuylkill, Shamokin, and Shenandoah, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient primary care role focused on comprehensive relationship-driven medicine
• Collaborative clinical environment with full support staff and structured workflows
• Community-focused healthcare organization emphasizing long-term continuity of care
• Stable outpatient-only setting allowing providers to focus on quality patient outcomes
• Pennsylvania communities known for strong regional heritage, outdoor recreation access, and close-knit neighborhoods

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $220,000+ based on experience
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Wednesday and Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Outpatient-only practice setting

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
• Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans
• Deliver patient-centered treatment within collaborative outpatient environment
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
• Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Clear and active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA license REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to practice independently within collaborative outpatient setting REQUIRED
