Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatrist in Rochester, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Psychiatry role focused on evidence-based behavioral healthcare for adults and children
• Structured weekday schedule with opportunity for hybrid flexibility

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $240,000+ based on experience
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 5 hours administrative time weekly
• Hybrid work opportunity available

ROLE
• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults and children
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage behavioral health conditions
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications
• Provide cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing as appropriate
• Conduct follow-up appointments and monitor treatment progress
• Facilitate referrals for additional support services and community resources
• Utilize Athena EMR system for clinical documentation

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry REQUIRED
• Clear and active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA license REQUIRED
• Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care preferred
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
