Job Description
Therapeutic Associates Hazel Dell Physical Therapy
As a PT-owned organization, we are committed to supporting clinicians to provide the highest quality patient care. This means…
Clinic Environment
This clinic provides private treatment rooms and a dedicated gym, and is moving into a larger space this fall with a huge gym designed for athletes and quiet treatment rooms for focused care. The environment is structured to support both high-level sports rehab and individualized patient care, giving clinicians the space and tools they need to thrive.
Growth & Learning
You’ll join a close-knit team that values mentorship, collaboration, and professional development. There are opportunities to build specialty skills in TMD or pelvic floor under experienced clinicians. Clinicians here have advanced into leadership, residency, and specialty roles, and you’ll have chances to mentor students as a CI. The team also participates in community events tailored to staff interests, providing a broader platform for engagement and professional growth.
Patient Population
You’ll work with a dynamic mix of patients including youth athletes, concussion cases, TMD, EDS, and work comp patients. The clinic provides flexibility to shape your caseload based on your interests and expertise, and patients are engaged, motivated, and ready to participate in their care.
Team & Culture
Team members describe the clinic as a supportive, communicative, and adaptable environment where everyone owns their role and is empowered to lead within it. The team genuinely enjoys working together, fostering a fun and collaborative atmosphere that extends beyond the clinic walls.
